Im A 23y Female I Have High Levels Of Ck

Im a 23y female i have high levels of ck and ck-mb for for years now but my troponin is always normal. My latest blood test shows that my ck is 220 ( U/L 26-192) and ck-mb is 334.7 (U/L < 25 ) i dont suffer from any kinds of diseases nor health issues. Thank you.
