Im A 23year Old Married Woman , I Have PCOD

Im a 23year old married woman , i have PCOD and a high prolactin approx 28( as per the test on feb2015) . Usually my periods lag by not more than 45 days. My last period date was on feb 15/2015 . And after we tested the ovulation date with ovulation detector( saliva) , we had sex already before and after the detection. But detected as not pregnant using pregnancy detector and my periods are delayed by 2 months. Please advice the reason for the above.
