I'm A 24 Y/o Female. I Have A History Of

I'm a 24 y/o female. I have a history of plantar fasciitis in both feet and a heel spur in my right foot. As of recently I've had a lot of pain in my right foot like in the ball of my foot. Feels tight I guess. My toes on that foot hurt to pull against it and push down with it. The 2nd and third toe seem to want to pull down some. Not a lot but just like they are resting pulled down instead of up normal.whatbcould be going on?
