I'm A 24 Year Old Male. I Was Taking A

I'm a 24 year old male. I was taking a shower this morning and noticed when I was washing under my sac, kind of in the crease between scrotom and my leg, it was tender, kind of felt like a bruise. As the day went on, it started to get a little uncomfortable as I was sitting . Now it's sore to the touch and a knot has popped up. I was just curious, is this normal? Or could it just be like an ingrown hair or something?
