Im A 24 Years Old Man And A Month Ago

Im a 24 years old man and a month ago i got detected that i have hepatitis B. Im hospitalised for a month and my condition is getting better but I realised that my semen amount is to low and not that "rich" as it was before also it is yellowish or non color but looks like "water" the pression is also not as the usual... So is it normal , because of my condition with the virus or I got something else?! And will it get to normal after I get cured from the virus hepa B or Ill be forever with this problem and last will I be able to have childern in future?! Thank you!
