Is It Normal To Have A Red, Hot Face After A Tonsillectomy, Especially With A History Of Mast Cell Activation Syndrome?

I m a 25 year old female. I had a tonsillectomy yesterday. Today and my face is red and hot kt started about 1 in the afternoon no pain in throat except when swallowing and talking im having mucus and have done well not to cough at all. But for the past hour it has become a real struggle. I had some pain yesterday I have only taken oxycodone/Acetaminophen totally of 5 pills since yesterday and today the last one bein 8 this morning I did just take Tylenol (doctor said it was fine) for the headache I have currently. I m concerned because I have Mass Cell Activation Syndrome and it causes me to have random episodes of anaphylaxis. Red flush in the face and being hot in the face is the first sign I might have an attack. But is the flushing and hot face Normal after a tonsillectomy.
