Im a 27 year old female. I am 5'5 and weigh 130.6 lbs. I smoke, do not drink, and I dont exercise but my lifestyle is very active because I have two young kids and work at Starbucks. My concern is my heart. I have tried to get more exercise such as Zumba but it really hurts my heart and my heart rate at rest is high. My last few bpm have been 101, 104, 109, 102, and 101. I take this first thing in the morning and while laying on the couch. Should I be concerned or should I try to tough it out and increase my exercise?
