I'm A 28 Year Old Female And I've Lost All

I'm a 28 year old female and I've lost all feeling in my genitals. I can't get aroused or lubricated... this has never been an issue for me until now. The only thing I can think of is that I've had several yeast infections and UTIs recently and I am very scared that they've caused serious damage. Please help.
