I'm A 28 Year Old Female With A Past Of

I'm a 28 year old female with a past of female organ issues along with cyst and tumors, recurrent. I went to the er two days ago for anus pain, I have had a interior rectal/colon abscess 3 years ago that was baseball sized and almost killed me. That is what I though is going on now but I was left with no diagnosis. My sphincter stays puckered, if I close it it is painful, there is a knot that is inside and feels like it is in my sphincter. It is getting bigger and my pain goes from the top of my anus to my tailbone. I'm not constipated but feel like I need to go constantly, the skin on the outside is getting harder and is hot to the touch. I am in extreme pain and can't have a bowel movement but it is because there is nothing there to come out. My family has a history of diverticulitis and ulcerative colitis. I need help asap on the pain scale with pain meds it's at a 9-10. I can answer anything you need to know but don't know what all you do need to know. Please help me I feel like I'm dying and constantly tired, it is hard to sit, stand or even walk. Nicole
