I'm A 28 Year Old Male. For The Past Few

I'm a 28 year old male. For the past few weeks I have had a dull mild pain come and go in my testicles. For the first week it felt like it was at the top of the left testicle. The pain went away for about a week. Now the pain comes and goes again but I feel it in my right testicle. I dont feel any pain during urination or ejaculation. I am not sexually active. I have also been dealing with some constipation. I feel no lumps. Sometimes they feel sensitive to the touch, other times they seem fine. The pain seems to pop up maybe 10 times a day and only last for a few seconds before it subsides. Any guidance you could provide would be great. Thanks!
