I'm A 29-year-old Female Battling Crons Disease For Most Of

I'm a 29-year-old Female battling Crons Disease for most of my life. I suffer from chronic constipation, pelvic floor dysfunction, & could not expel the ballon from the balloon monometry expulsion. However, even after having a BM the pain and swelling are still there. Can you give me your opinion on what the cause may be?
