I'm A 31 Year Old Woman I'm 5 Feet 5

I'm a 31 year old woman I'm 5 feet 5 inches tall. I just had a baby a week ago. Right after I had my baby I started to feel pain on my left buttocks and it feels like I've been stung by a bee. It feels kind of numb and also hot in the area of the pain. What can be the reason for that? Also I wake up from a nap and both of my arms and hands are numb should I be worried?
