I'm A 32 Year Old Female, 5'7" 240 Lbs, I

I'm a 32 year old female, 5'7" 240 lbs, I am overweight, but have lost 60 lbs over the past year and am I eating mostly healthy and exercising regularly. I have acid reflux and I take prilosec daily. My dentist prescribed me an antibiotic that counteracted with my prilosec so I stopped taking it, but for a while I was taking double the prilosec every morning to cope and taking alka-seltzer every night because it was so bad I couldn't lay down. It has calmed down a bit over the past week or so, but I started noticing that along with the heart burn, I have a bubbly feeling in my chest and sometimes get light headed and dizzy followed by a flushed feeling and a kind of pressure in my head. It doesn't usually last for very long, but it's incredibly uncomfortable. I'm assuming all of these things are related, but maybe they're not? I had a full blood panel done a couple of years ago when I was frequently experiencing similar symptoms and the dr also had me where a heart monitor for a couple of days but everything came back normal. I'm not looking to undergo a bunch of tests again that I can't afford to pay for only to be told the same thing: the results are normal and my problem is unsolved. Maybe I just need a strong antacid?
