I'm A 32 Year Old Female. Generally Healthy And Have

I'm a 32 year old female. Generally healthy and have been married for 5 years. I lately haven't had any vaginal issues but the last 8 days have been irritating. One day I realized my vagina was burning and itching ALOT (and I think some cramps) and then it stung when I wiped so I decided to look down and my right labia minora was 3 times bigger than normal. I first have wondered if I'm allergic to latex condoms.. my husband and I just started using them again and very frequently and sometimes without much lubrication. So we stopped having sex for now but this burning and inflammation hasn't gone away. Then I thought I had a bad yeast infection and took a 3-day treatment but that finished and I still have the same symptoms. The last few days I've been doing lots of sitz baths with Epsom salt, and just started applying a corticosteroid cream but it kinda stings when it's on. What could this be if I don't have a fever or STDs or painful urination... ?
