I'm A 32 Yr Old Woman In Good Health. I

I'm a 32 yr old woman in good health. I got a pain in my upper left chest that just hit me hard. It hurt to breath. I couldn't take a deep breath either. It's finally doing away after 4 hours. Does that sound more like pulled muscle in my lungs or heart? My vitals were all normal too.
