I'm A 33 Year Old Male And For About 2-3

I'm a 33 year old male and for about 2-3 years I have been bleeding from my anus with no pain and it only happens when I have to go do Number 2 it's not everyday it happens maybe about 10 times a year and when it happens there's blood all in the toliet the water is completely red and when I wipe myself the toliet paper is full of blood when it does happen if I was a woman you would think I was on my period should I be worried what could it be and what should I do
