I'm A 34 Year Male. I've Just Had Surgery On

I'm a 34 year male. I've just had surgery on my left dominant shoulder. I tore the biceps tendon from my superior labrum. I have never taken anabolic steroids before, but I was wondering whether to take a stat dose of Deca Durabolin to speed up my recovery. Intensive rehabilitation is a given, but Is there any evidence to suggest that anabolic steroids wil speed up my recovery?
