I'm A 35 Year Old Male Who Recently Had A

I'm a 35 year old male who recently had a pancreatic cyst which caused my spleen to rupture. I used to drink a lot, but have been quit for a few months. I was hospitalized after having severe stomach pain and they embolized my spleen. After a couple of weeks I went back to the doctor because I was still having pain and had massive fluid buildup in my chest. They put a tube in and drained everything, and I feel fine now. Except that ever since I got sick I have been struggling to get an erection. It's been a little over a month since this began and nothing has changed. My doctor didn't know what it could be and recommended a urologist. Before all of this I had no problem getting an erection. Please help, as this is putting a strain on my already strained marriage.
