I'm A 37 Female For The Last Month My Legs

I'm a 37 female for the last month my legs have been on and off swelling. The last week has been more sever and more constant the swelling is now on my stomach to. This week I have been having spells of being very dizzy and light headed and with that my heart will pound really hard afterward is hurts pounding so hard I have have had simulator less sever episode in the last few years but nothing compared to this last week what ever it is it is getting worse
