I'm A 37 Year Old Female Have Been Seeing A

I'm a 37 year old female have been seeing a cardiologist since September due to palpitations, chest pain that come an go, arm pain. Shoulder blade pain. Just unwell feeling. Had a 24 hr holtor was normal. Had an echo was normal. Just had a stress test on the tread mill dec 27th that was normal. I'm still feeling bad. The insides of my arms hurt me here an there. Mainly where the inside of the elbow is. I hurt in the lower part of the scapula on my left side. When rubbed with an ointment it is so painful. I get this sharp pain on the top of my beast short in duration like 5 seconds goes away. When I stand from a sitting position my heart rate goes really high like 120 or higher. Please tell me what u think this could be. I'm young with 3 kids an scared
