I'm A 37 Yo Female Suffering From Hidradenitis Suppuritivia. I'm

I'm a 37 yo female suffering from Hidradenitis Suppuritivia. I'm currently Hurley Stage 3 in numerous areas. I've had numerous I & D's. Ive taken long term antibiotics with no results. I also did a 3 year regimen of Humira combined with antibiotics with no success. HS is a familial condition for me as my mom and dad both suffer. I've also suffered from PCOS prior to a hysterectomy in 2009, and I have high blood pressure. Where do I go from here?
