I'm A 37 Yr Old Female, I'm Overweight However I

I'm a 37 yr old female, I'm overweight however I have no known health issues. For the past couple of days I've been experiencing dull pain in the left side of my face when it's touched and the right side of the top of my head is also sore. I have not experienced and allergic reactions, I have not taken any medicine, and I have not been injured.
