I'm A 39 Year Old Female And About 8 Months

I'm a 39 year old female and about 8 months ago while I was at work my hands felt like they were going to sleep than I started shaking uncontrollably my whole body I got very cold and could not stop shaking that lasted for about 2hours after it stopped my whole body ached and I started sweating really bad and had a fever. I had another one of these episodes 3 months later than 2 months after that .This week it has happened to me 2times every time it was exactly the same as the first please help.
