I'm A 40 Year Old Male Having Sever Lower Abdominal

I'm a 40 year old Male having sever lower abdominal pain. It comes and goes every minute or so. Has gradually gotten worse over last three days. It is a stabbing/pressure pain. I have been using restroom regular with no problems. Today has been the worst so far. The pain is now making me nautious with dizzy spells. Any answers or info on what this could possibly be id really appreciate it. Thank you.
