I'm A 40 Year Old Male Who Had A Vasectomy

I'm a 40 year old male who had a vasectomy about 10 months ago. After experiencing zero pain and discomfort for about 8 months after surgery, I am now having a little discomfort on the left side around the groin area. Sometimes during intercourse, I feel pressure building near the area where the incisions were made. Is it time for a recheck? Can something had gone wrong during the procedure that might be causing this?
