Im A 40 Yr Old Female. I Had My Last

Im a 40 yr old female. I had my last of 5 children in august of 2013. A few months ago I noticed a milky oily discharge coming from my nipples. My menstral cycle has also been irregular and with a very heavy flow. Some months I will have two cycles. Another symptom thats quite bothersome is I've developed pain in my feet. mainly my heels with some sharp needle like stings in different areas throughout the day. I'd appreciate any help seeing that my Dr appt isn't until march 3rd
