I'm A 41 Year Old Female, 182 Cm Tall, And

I'm a 41 year old female, 182 cm tall, and weigh around 8o kilo's. For the last 2 days I have experienced a sore weeping raw red Virginia with sometimes mild itching and slight yellow discharge. I usually have heavier clearish discharge, but have been feeling drier last few days, I've been on antidepressants and beta blockers for the last 4 months and also had a morning after pill about 5 days ago. I'm married and have no other sexual partners. please help, I've always been healthy down stairs never had anything go wrong, not even thrush. What's wrong with me doctor?
