I'm a 42 yrs old woman who has decided to finally get healthy by eating correctly. I've lost 20 lbs and looking to lose approx 80 more over the next year. I've been going to pt for a groin injury that is 90% healed. I have CMT and looking for some exercises that I can ease into on this journey. Eventually I'd like to get back to doing Zumba but I'm no where close to that. Should I work on basic calf stretches and walking gradually?
