I'm A 43 Year Old Female,had 3 Children All Grown.I've

I'm a 43 year old female,had 3 children all grown.I've been having bleeding from my anus couple times a month for few days at a time. I figured it was hemorrhoids but I've experienced them a few times before.The blood is so much that I actually thought I started my menstrual cycle and there has been little tissue( clotting) no itchy pain. Sharp shooting pain up and cramping????
