I'm A 44 Yr Old Female, Started Having "hot Flashes"

I'm a 44 yr old female, started having "hot flashes" in my right foot about a month ago. It feels like I stepped into a pan of hot water. Now the same foot has begun having "cold flashes" like I'm stepping into something cold and wet. Also has low energy with dizziness and migraines on occasion.
