I'm A 45 Year Old Male The Only Health Issue

I'm a 45 year old male the only health issue ive had is a dvt in the left leg starting yesterday I started having pains in my lower left abdominal now the pains are getting really intense so bad that they about make me fall down if I'm standing or walking what could this be
