I'm A 46 Year Old Woman , On The Right

I'm a 46 year old woman , on the right side of my body starting at my hip all the down I have swelling ,my middle finger when I first wake up is locked in place that is as tho I have had my hand in fist all night,some times I use my left hand to strighten my middle right finger I have no pain in any other place meaning my arem, I'm very tired all the time all I ever want to do is sleep , pleas I reall need to know
