I'm a 47 Year old female with back and lower extremity pain, I had a MRI done and hear are the results mild diffuse annular bulge and postercentral sub-cm annular fissure of the L4-L5 and L5-S1 disc.

Moderate hypertrophy of the ligamentum flavum at the L4-L5 level.
