I'm A 47yrs Old Female Being Treated For Essecial Tremors,

I'm a 47yrs old female being treated for essecial tremors, have it in my right hand noticed it in my handwriting, I'm on propranolol er 120mg just started it this week, this is my my third change In mg's.
I know this is a disease an my dr.said it will get worse as I get older, I had a really bad car wreck in 2003 hit my head very hard on steering wheel, my dr did do a mri an found nothing, also I have had to do streching on my fouth an fifth verberals in my back 2" forward couple years later after the wreck, my question is could this have caused me to tremors, also my middle finger goes completely white from nuckle down, is this normal if you have any answers for me that would be great thanks.
