I'm A 48 Year Old Female My Normal Body Temperature

I'm a 48 year old female my normal body temperature is usually just under 98 Degrees I have been running a temperature between 100 degrees and 100.6 degrees for 3 weeks over-the-counter fever medication does reduce it sometimes down to in the 99's degrees I'm wondering if this new temperature is my new normal or if I need to see a doctor
