I'm A 48 Year Old Male In Pretty Good Health.

I'm a 48 year old male in pretty good health. I've been under a great deal of stress for the last month, and have felt run down. This week I've developed nodes behind my ears, painful swelling, I guess of the lymph node, particularly in my left ear. Also I've got a worsening set of blister-like sores on the middle of my forehead, which I thought might be a bug bite, roughly the size of a quarter, with some swelling. Any idea what this might be?
