I'm A 48 Year Old Woman And Last Night I

I'm a 48 year old woman and last night I had to clean my vigina several time because I kept feeling wet. I hadn't had sex or even that desire. Today I had a very thick, odorless discharge in my underware. I have never had a discharge. My periods have slowed down to only 1 to 2 days a month. Just wondering if a discharge comes along with pre menopause or what caused this?
