I'm A 49 Y/o Male, Otherwise Healthy. I Got Shingles

I'm a 49 y/o male, otherwise healthy. I got shingles about 10 days ago, down my right buttock and hamstring. Dr put me on Valtrex and shingles are clearing up. But I have unusual sensitivity around my belly button. It's been going on around 7 days. It's hard to describe, other than almost ticklish feeling. I have a history of non-Hodgkin lymphoma, but have been in remission for 6 years. Any ideas? Should I be concerned?
