I'm A 49 Year Old Female. My Last Period Ended

I'm a 49 year old female. My last period ended 4/12. For the past two days, for the first time ever, when I finished peeing and wiped myself there was a brown discharge on the toilet paper. I'm assuming blood. What could this be? I think I'll call my obgyn on Monday. Actually my last pap was 9 years ago.
