I'm A 49 Year Old Male. Don't Smoke Or Drink.

I'm a 49 year old male. Don't smoke or drink. Weigh about 330 pounds. Healthy despite of my weight. Blood pressure normally about 130 over 80. With that said, I have noticed that within the last 2 weeks I have had to urinate a lot more often than usual. About every hour and a half or so. A large stream. There have been about 2-3 times I wet myself before I could make it to the restroom. I also have bowel movements twice a day where I normally go once. Starting to get concern. Your thoughts?
