I'm a 49 year-old woman with psoriatic arthritis, fibromyalgia and psoriasis. Last night I was laughing and suddenly experienced severe pain and muscle spasms in my back and stomach. The pain was so excruciating that I blacked out. My husband said my eyes rolled in different directions. He started screaming at me to wake up and when I came to, I had urinated all over myself. It's not the first time that I've experienced stomach and back pain while laughing but it has never been this bad and this is the first time in my life that I've completely passed out and it's the first time I've ever lost control of my bladder.
