Im A 49 Yo Male Firefighter That Was Struck In

Im a 49 yo male Firefighter that was struck in the side of my head with a hose coupling that was being pulled off the truck. I suffered a crushed zygomatic arch and had surgery the following day. Since the injury i have balance issues and have been through 2 rounds of Vastibular rehab. Currently during certain head movements i get vertigo that goes away in approx 1 min or so. I need to know if there is anything that I can do to possibly get correction so I can return to work This Injury happened in Feb 2014
