I'm A 51 Year Old Female And Have Been Experiencing

I'm a 51 year old female and have been experiencing a warm leaking sensation on the right side of my abdomen. It's not at all painful, just feeling like something is leaking internally. I have recently been diagnosed with high blood pressure and hypothyrodism. Sometimes I experience heart racing.
