I'm A 52 Year Old Female, Going Through Menopause. I'm

I'm a 52 year old female, going through menopause. I'm dealing with usual hot flashes, trouble sleeping but lately, I've had heart palpitations, nausea and fatigue. Just went to my doctor who put me on acid reflux and will put me on a heart monitor next week just to make sure. What's bothering me, it's been 3 days and the nausea isn't going away. Should I be concerned?
