I'm A 54 Yo Female. I Had 2 Blockages In

I'm a 54 yo Female. I had 2 blockages in RCA (80 & 100%), stents now in place at both locations, and I have severe CHF. My heart is pumping between 20-25% all diagnosed May 4, 2016. Since then I have lost 13 lbs, modified my food intake to 2-3 grams of sodium and low fat choices, with 4-6 servings of fruits and vegetables a day. I still have episodes of shortness of breath after excursion or walking.
Today I was told I can't go back to work (currently a Correctional Officer),
My question: Will I be able to go back to any job?
