I'm A 55 Year Old Female. I Have A History

I'm a 55 year old female. I have a history of occasional bouts with muscle spasms in my back that can be quite painful and sometimes spread under my ribs to the front of my body. Last night I awoke with severe pain in my upper right back, around to the front, but this time the pain in front was almost in the center and it was excruciating, felt like I couldn't get a breath. Then I vomited, which has never happened before when I had the muscle spasms. I'm worried about a heart problem/early signs of a heart attack.
