I'm A 60 Year Old Female, And I've Been Having

I'm a 60 year old female, and I've been having waves of vice-grip pain in my upper back and under my right breast. At the same time I'm feeling pressure under my right jaw over the place where an artery is (as if someone were taking my pulse there with a heavy hand). It seems to come in waves of about every 10 minutes, last about 3 minutes each. It woke me up last night about 4 AM, and I took two Tums and a xanax and slept for about an hour. Now I'm feeling it again two hours after lunch. I've had this pain before a year or so ago, and another year before that, and after gall bladder ultrasound, check and EKG and stress tests, no diagnosis was determine other than possibly anxiety.
