I'm A 60 Year-old Male And Just Got Very Nauseous

I'm a 60 year-old male and just got very nauseous as I tried to replace the starter from my truck. I've experienced this instant nausea every time I've crawled under the truck to change oil and it is more severe each time. I also have tinnitus in my ears. I also can no longer ride roller coasters without feeling queasy. Is there a cause of these symptoms?
