I'm A 60 Year Old Woman, And The Shape Of

I'm a 60 year old woman, and the shape of my skull is changing especially on top. It's flatter and and becomes square going down on each side of skull. What causes that, I also have bony bumps on skull and hands and clavicle, and I have leukopenia.
