I'm A 63 Year Old Female With Diabetes, And My

I'm a 63 year old female with diabetes, and my father died of a heart attack in his 50s. I've had a weird situation where I can't lie down on my left side without palpitations... so, I just sleep on my right side. I've don't this for some years. I used to get out of breath easily, and my heart would feel very heavy with moderate exercise, so I began taking a nattokinase formula for my heart, and I felt much better. I did see a cardiologist some years ago, but not much was seen. However, now I'm feeling stinging sensations in my heart at times, along with fatigue and palpiations. I cannot even sit for long periods without palpitations, or sit on anything hard, or even lean back for very long! So, I bring a small pillow to sit on, and make a point to lean forward at a table. Good grief! Any ideas?
